Living Room, Dining Room, and Private Balcony: The living area features a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and a 48” TV for entertainment. The dining area includes a table with seating for six, perfect for family meals or gathering with friends.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of counter space, providing everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Bedrooms: Both bedrooms are carpeted. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a 32” TV, and a private bath for convenience. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed with a trundle bed underneath and a 20” TV, creating a cozy retreat for relaxation.

Amenities: At The Islander Resort in Destin, Florida, you can enjoy an active and fun-filled Destin vacation with access to two pools (1-Seasonally Heated), (4) pickleball courts, (2) tennis courts, a half basketball court, and two shuffleboard courts. Complimentary equipment is available for checkout at the front desk, making it easy to stay engaged during your stay.

Fitness Center & Grilling Area: The fitness center is located next to the lobby just a short stroll away! What a great way to keep up with your workout routine while you are on vacation in Destin. For those looking to savor the fresh catch of the day or grill some delicious burgers, the pavilion and gazebo are equipped with several charcoal grills for guest use.

NOTE: Washer & Dryers are NOT provided in every vacation rental; However, Coin Operated washer & dryers are located on premises!

Rules: For a comfortable stay, please note the following guidelines! Smoking is not allowed inside the units or on the patio; however, designated smoking areas are provided for your convenience. We kindly ask that no pets accompany you during your visit. Each unit accommodates a maximum of 6 guests to ensure everyone enjoys their space. An initial supply of paper towels, toiletries, and trash bags is included in the rental. Once these supplies are used, guests will need to restock for the remainder of their stay.

  We had a wonderful stay at the Islander ! This place is always clean and beautiful. The staff does their best to treat us like family. They always are friendly and helpful. We feel at home here and have been returning for over 10 years. We love to body surf in the absolute emerald and blue water, and the awesome beach chair attendant here assists us with recommendations on where to dine out and other details to make our stay more enjoyable. Dewey’s facing Crab Island and The Marina were both great restaurants. Watching the boats and being so near the harbor makes this a perfect location to be. We love to take sunset cruises there ! Our room was very clean and comfortable. The Islander will forever be our favorite place in the world to vacation !

  Our only issue was the elevator situation. Only 1 elevator worked and was very slow. We had to wait in the breezeway up to 10 mins for the elevator to get to our floor, multiple times during our stay.

  My husband and I had a wonderful stay at The Islander for our 5th anniversary!! The condo was clean and a short walk to the beach. We even had front row seats of the harbor fireworks from the balcony. The beach attendant was an amazing help with chairs and umbrellas, you can even rent kayaks and paddle boards.
  
  Side note: they do provide trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and toilet paper to get started. Be prepared to buy/bring basic kitchen supplies though (coffee filters, sugar, salt, pepper, etc)

  Unit 714 has that feels like home affect. From the front door to the balcony this unit is clean and well maintained. It's also very quiet being on the top floor of which makes the view from the balcony beautiful with the sunset over the water. The pool was clean as was the hot tub. The walkway to the beach wasn't bad along with the extra security gate made for a nice touch. The beach was clean and the walk down to the jetties was nice. Overall I'd give this unit five stars and look forward to coming back again.

  We had a great experience. The commons area with the grills are absolutely fabulous and family oriented. Only downfall units do not have their own washer and dryer.
