To preserve the quality, this unit only rents during the late spring/summer season. This beach front vacation condo rental is located in Destin Florida along the Emerald Coast. Unit 713 accommodates up to 6 people with a king in the master bedroom, 2 extra-long twin beds in the guest bedroom 24' TV, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room 42' TV. This unit has vinyl wood plank flooring throughout. The west view from the private balcony features water, coastline, and beautiful sunsets all year. All units are non-smoking.

• No Smoking in Units/Balcony
• The Islander has designated smoking areas (Inquire @ Check-in)
• No Pets
• No More than 6 ppl in a Unit
• The Islander has a Kids Club Program Free for all Guest (inquire @ Front Desk) or Ask a about our V.I.P List of Excursions/Restaurant Discounts for Islander Renters Only
• Guest has initial set up of paper towels/toiletry/trash bags. Guest need to provide their own for the remainder of the stay once depleted

You will Enjoy Destin's Crystal Green Waters and Sun Sitting in Your 2 Complimentary Beach Chairs with Umbrella During Your Stay. Set Up On Beach From March 1 Till October 31.

  This was our second time at The Islander. We love it there. The one thing I would change/complain about is the linen situation. There should be more towels and wash cloths available for renters. I should not have to worry about making it to linen exchange 2 days a week or have to wash linens when I’m paying a great deal of money to rent a condo. The linen situation needs to be reevaluated.

  We really enjoyed our stay in room 713 and had a blast. The only things I would recommend is replacing the toaster (only toasted on one side) and the coil burners on the stove. The coil burners (which I do not like anyway) became dislodged easily when cooking. Thanks for a great vacation!!!

  The people that worked the front desk were absolutely wonderful. We never asked them anything that they were not so helpful with. All the way from replacing a broken coffee maker to fixing a broken toilet seat to where is the best ice cream shop. Also, the guy working on the beach with the chairs could not have been more helpful. He even helped us move our things when we were in the here's.

  Great stay at The Islander. Great staff, great location. Only negative aspect of the condo was the mattress quality. There is no reason for such horrible saggy mattresses in a rental condo. I did not get a single night of restful sleep and that really ruins the vacation experience.
