Fully Equipped Kitchen: Updated kitchen boasts stunning granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, providing everything you need to craft your favorite meals. Whether you're preparing a quick snack or a full-course meal, the space is designed for convenience and functionality, making cooking a pleasure during your stay.

Bedrooms: The master bedroom features a king bed, plantation shutters, and 42" TV, private bathroom with a washer and dryer. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed, plantation shutters, and 20" TV. Both rooms are enhanced with new plantation shutters for added style and privacy.

Complimentary Beach Service: Enjoy relaxing on the beach where you’ll have access to (2) beach chairs and an umbrella.

Amenities: At The Islander Resort in Destin, Florida, you can enjoy an active and fun-filled Destin vacation with access to two pools (1-Seasonally Heated), (4) pickleball courts, (2) tennis courts, a half basketball court, and two shuffleboard courts. Complimentary equipment is available for checkout at the front desk, making it easy to stay engaged during your stay.

Fitness Center & Grilling Area: Located next to the lobby just a short stroll away! What a great way to keep up with your workout routine while you are on vacation in Destin. For those looking to savor the fresh catch of the day or grill some delicious burgers, the pavilion and gazebo are equipped with several charcoal grills for guest use.

Rules: Smoking is not allowed inside the units or on the patio; however, designated smoking areas are provided for your convenience. We kindly ask that no pets accompany you during your visit. Each unit accommodates a maximum of 6 guests to ensure everyone enjoys their space. An initial supply of paper towels, toiletries, and trash bags is included in the rental. Once these supplies are used, guests will need to restock for the remainder of their stay.

  The stay was nice, condo was perfect. Losing one Hot Tub for the week kind of jammed everyone to the pool with the working Hot Tub. So that was a bummer. Beach was nice, but the gulf was really rough and couldn’t swim much. This is all weather stuff that could not be controlled so, my over all stay in the condo was an 7 out of 10 because of the hot tub. I would stay here again, the area was nice and wish we could have got out more to the boardwalk. We ended up fishing 4 of the 7 days and it was a success.

  613 is a great condo with all the amenities you could ask for. The views were great! Plenty of room for sleeping and spreading out on an afternoon of rain. The COViD times were different of course like 1 person in the workout room downstairs but that’s life right now. The ex marine that worked the desk at checkout was awesome! Great guy with a great attitude toward his job.

  We had a great time. We had wonderful views of the water, the jetty and the beach side. The balcony was a relaxing place to have coffee in the mornings and to watch the fireworks show. The pools were nice and clean. The beach is a short walk across the property with access the chairs and umbrellas. The grills in the gazebo were great to have available. They were clean and well maintained.

  Our stay at The Islander was very enjoyable. The rental was spotless and was everything that the site said it would be. We spent a lot of time at the beach, and were very pleased with Alan, who was extremely helpful and pleasant. We liked the private beach and appreciated it's cleanliness & the easy access to it. The only negatives were that we could smell people smoking sometimes when we were on the balcony. Also, it would have been nice if there were a few extra little, simple amenities, like chip clips for open bags, salt and pepper, etc. Customer service was great. We enjoyed Destin Commons, and Brotula's Restaurant a lot. I would recommend The Islander to anyone travelling to Destin.

  We stayed for 3 1/2 months. The unit is very nice and our owners are responsive to our needs. The staff is terrific. They respond quickly and professionally to our requests for help. They are unfailingly friendly. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The main pool is heated well as are both hot tubs. The acoustics in the Palm Room are terrible. I didn't attend some functions because of that. We will definitely return.
