Whether you're preparing a full meal or enjoying a cup of coffee, the kitchen offers everything you need for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

• Bedrooms: The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, 32" HD flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and granite countertops. The guest bedroom, equally inviting, features a queen-sized bed with a 32" HD flat-screen TV, plantation shutters, and fresh, modern bedding.

• Complimentary Beach Service: Enjoy relaxing on the beach where you’ll have access to two (2) beach chairs and an umbrella, (stays 14 days or less) perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the stunning Gulf views while on your vacation getaway. Whether you want to read a book by the waves or take a refreshing dip, our beach service ensures you have everything you need for an incredible vacation experience!

• Amenities: You can enjoy an active and fun-filled Destin vacation with access to two pools (1-Seasonally Heated), 4 pickleball courts, 2 tennis courts, a half basketball court, and two shuffleboard courts. Complimentary equipment is available for checkout at the front desk, making it easy to stay engaged during your stay.
• Fitness Center & Grilling Area: The fitness center is located next to the lobby. What a great way to keep up with your workout routine while you are on vacation. For those looking to savor the fresh catch of the day or grill some delicious burgers, the pavilion and gazebo are equipped with several charcoal grills for guest use.

Rules: For a comfortable stay, please note the following guidelines:

• Smoking is not allowed inside the units or on the patio; however, designated smoking areas are provided for your convenience.
• We kindly ask that no pets accompany you during your visit.
• Each unit accommodates a maximum of 6 guests to ensure everyone enjoys their space.
• An initial supply of paper towels, toiletries, and trash bags is included in the rental. Once these supplies are used, guests will need to restock for the remainder of their stay.

  We initially had rented a different unit but due to unexpected issues had to be moved to a different one. The staff was very helpful and made sure to get us moved to another platinum room on the same floor with the same view (east). We ended up staying 2 extra nights. All of the staff on duty during our 9 day stay were very friendly and available to help when needed. The Islander is so convenient to everything and our unit was clean and well-stocked.

  Clean and updated nicely. The resort staff is friendly and helpful. There are not a lot of extras...but bring whatever you’d like to drink and camp out beach or poolside for the day! The pickle ball courts were a huge hit with our family. Overall a great place to stay and w great value!

  We have been coming to The Islander for 8 years now. We love the location on Holiday Isle. The staff is very friendly and professional. The only complaint is the cleanliness of the stairwells. The trash chute stairs need extensive cleaning and power washing. I personally would never stay close to that area. I also think the pavilion could use a large ceiling fan. My family enjoyed all the activities provided. See you again soon.

  We enjoyed our stay in Destin. The view was beautiful and the unit was clean. My only complaint is that it is advertised as having a sleeper sofa and it did not have one. Management gave us an air mattress and said the sleeper sofa was on back order so hopefully that will be rectified soon. Other than that, everything was great. I would stay here again.

  I came down with my Daughter’s and Granddaughters. I have been to The Islander for several years. This was my daughter’s first time there. They were really impressed. The staff was friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The condo was very clean and updated. The area is very private so not a lot of traffic in this area. We will go back again.

  We try to come to Destin twice a year and most of the time we stay at the Islander. This year we stayed 2 weeks. I have walking issues so we wanted close to the elevator. Unit 609 was perfect. The only complaint we have with the condo was the refrigerator. it made a high pitched sound the whole 2 weeks.Alan was great with the chairs and all of the attendees at the desk were always friendly and helpful especially Wayne . I'm afraid our secret is out. Very crowded the first week!

  An excellent way to sit back and unwind. This condo is beautiful and decorated to make you feel at home. All the necessities are available with lots of extras on hand as well. The view is amazing providing for hours of sitting on the balcony just looking around. Situated off the busy highway and in a private community gave access to everything in minutes as well as private quiet time for walking. Private beach within steps and two public beaches within walking distance. The whole package for someone wanting to relax. I hated to leave.
