This beach front vacation condo rental is located in Destin Florida along the Emerald Coast. Condo rental #608 accommodates up to 6 people with a king in the master bedroom 32' TV, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom 32' TV, and a sleeper sofa in the living room 55' TV. Destin's Beach is just steps away with a beautiful view from your private balcony. All units are non-smoking.

This Destin vacation rental has recently been updated through out with fresh paint, crown molding, new furniture, & 3 new flat screen TV's. The living room has a new sofa, love seat, and chair 50' TV. The kitchen has been opened to extend the view into the living area and has new light fixtures. The dining room has 2 new bar stools. Both bedrooms include new flat screen TV's, bedding, lighting, art, & plantation shutters.

• No Smoking in Units/Balcony
• The Islander has designated smoking areas (Inquire @ Check-in)
• No Pets
• No More than 6 ppl in a Unit
• The Islander has a Kids Club Program Free for all Guest (inquire @ Front Desk) or Ask a about our V.I.P List of Excursions/Restaurant Discounts for Islander Renters Only
• Guest has initial set up of paper towels/toiletry/trash bags. Guest need to provide their own for the remainder of the stay once depleted

  We enjoyed lazy evenings on the coach and sleep full nights on the cozy beds. All kitchen amenities were available to us.
  The pool was AMAZING! The pool temperature was perfect.

We called maintenance once because we thought the sinks in the bathroom were stopped up, they responded quickly, but it ended up being user error. We are looking to book again in November.

  For several years we have spent the winter months of January, February and part of March in Destin, FL. For all but one of those years we have stayed at The Islander. The year we didn't we wanted a 3 bedroom unit. Great accommodations, beautiful beach, group activities, special events and the friendliest staff we have ever experienced. Some Snowbirds have tried other resorts, but return to The Islander. Some family members and friends that have visited us are now regulars themselves.

  It was a nice experience, however there were only 4 washcloths in the entire unit. There were 4 of us. We were also told we could not exchange dirty towels for clean because it wasn’t Tuesday or Thursday. There are housekeepers there daily this should not be an issue.

    Good afternoon, We first want to thank you for being a guest here at The Islander. We do apologize for the inconvenience with exchanging linens, usually in the winter time we go down to only 2 days of linen exchange due to a low volume of guests. Unfortunately, the housekeepers do not deal with the linen exchange but they only clean room and all of the exchanging of linen is in house. We do appreciate your feedback and we will talk with upper management to see what we can do to prevent these kind of things from happening in the future.

  Upon entering the condo the gates were open which I was surprised given the fact we were told to use the gate code. We also noticed people using shopping carts for transporting their luggage. It was difficult getting our luggage and groceries in a shopping cart for a family of four. Checking in was easy and the staff was very polite. Our condo was very clean and updated, we were very pleased! Upon arriving home, the staff called to tell us that we left our camera in the room and they were mailing it back to us. We were very grateful! The entire stay was great and will definitely be staying again!
