Let's tour Islander Condo #601. This is a newly renovated Platinum end unit which offers an East View and sleeps up to 6 people. Step into our tropical paradise conveniently located for quick and easy access to the beach or pools and hot tub.

The updated kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances for all your cooking needs and is the perfect place to cook a dinner. All the cookware and dinnerware you need is already there so all you need is your catch of the day. Gather around the dining room table that seats 4 with additional seating at the kitchen bar.

Relax in the living area to watch the 55” Smart TV with digital cable access and a DVD player. One of the sofas offers a queen sleeper sofa available for guests.

The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, and a 43" Smart TV and DVD combo. The guest bedroom has twin beds and a 32” Smart TV with a DVD player. Both the master and the guest bathroom feature combination tub/shower with a vanity.

There is updated tile and decor throughout the condo. The pool is conveniently located just steps away from Destin's Beach.

From your own private balcony, enjoy this magnificent view of 1 of the TOP 10 Most Beautiful Beaches in The World. From your patio you can enjoy a full beach view with lots of activity, parasailing, fishermen, paddle surfers, swimmers, and if you are lucky maybe even some dolphins.

Guests have initial set up of paper towels/toiletry/trash bags. Guests will need to provide their own for the remainder of the stay once depleted.

  We had a wonderful stay at the Islander Resort! The property was beautiful, and the unit we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
  
  That said, there were a couple of minor issues we wanted to mention. The smell of bleach from the sheets and towels was quite strong, and the dishwasher had a very unpleasant odor that made it hard to use. These didn’t ruin our experience, but they were noticeable enough to mention.
  
  Overall, we really enjoyed our time and would definitely consider returning. With a little attention to those details, it would be a 5-star stay!

  This place was perfect! Especially if you have kiddos. You are a quick walk to the beach and even shorter walk to the pool when they are over the sand!   I stayed in 601 for a week. Check in was very easy I was an hr early but I got a pass to go to the pool and beach they got me right in at 3. My room was absolutely amazing the view was perfect. My only complaint would be the towel rack. The day before I left I hung a wet towel up and the whole thing fell out of the wall. I was promised I wouldn’t be charged for it and they honored that. I would definitely recommend staying at the islander!

  The condo was directly across from the beach. Perfect view. Wasn’t packed at all. Clean and well maintained. Everyone was kind. Parking was simple. No complaints. Actually one. The trash bags lol! They were real cheap. Maybe some nice ones that can hold up and better toilet paper. That’s it though. I mean we did bring our own just in case but that’s just a suggestion. We definitely would love to come back to this rental.

  The unit’s balcony, #601, was shady every day which made it pleasant to sit out and enjoy a cocktail. No problems except the living room furniture was lumpy and uncomfortable. However, this unit is being sold so hopefully the new owners will upgrade the loveseat, sofa and chair. Resort staff was very friendly. I do think the $50 “accidental” non refundable charge is a rip off.

  My parents invited us to the Islander in 2016 to share a condo they rented. They learned about the Islander from my Uncle who learned from a friend over 20 years ago. We have stayed 3 times since the initial visit.. And each visit had been great. I accidentally booked the wrong room. My wife was not happy with me. The gentleman who checked us in found a condo that my wife loved. He was helpful throughout our stay. Obviously that may not have been possible if the Islander was fully book but I was impressed how he handled the situation. Our condo was clean and comfortable. The master bed was awesome. Staff was very helpful throughout our visit. We could watch the dolphins and boat activity from our room which was nice on rainy days. We definitely are planning to return.
