  Our family enjoyed this condo very much and will likely return . Very spacious and easy access to pool and beach . Will mention 2 things only to help the next people and to let the owners know of possible
  Improvement . The coffee pots did not work and being avid coffee drinkers we had to go buy one to have there during the week . Second , the shower drain in the smaller bathroom was clogged and would not fully drain so showers had to be quick . Overall , nothing terrible just want others to be aware .

  We enjoyed our stay. This was our first experience staying in a condominium and we would definitely be willing to stay again. Our room was great. It was clean and well maintained. My one complaint would be that the elevators both struggled the entire week. They left you with a feeling that you may not get off once you get on. A frustration that I would mention would be that our condos seem to have a considerable amount less beachfront than the condo to our right and to our left.

  509 was a great room. Very clean and updated. Plenty of room for two adults and two teenagers for sure! View of the ocean and boats in the morning were very nice! The only downfall is the pictures make it seem the pool by the water, the pickle ball court, tennis court and large gazebo are a part of this property but they are not. Our boys who were very excited to fish the jetties could only get to one due to the park being closed off. The biggest problem we had was The Islander does not have much beach front space so my husband literally had to go down to the beach at 5:30am and wait for an hour and a half just to get our chairs that “came with our room.” That was very disappointing. It’s a nice enough facility but we would not stay there again because of that. Bright side is we made friends with a few people and the WONDERFUL Alan who set up our chairs. He deserves a raise for dealing with the complaints he received for people having to fight for chairs!!!

  We have been staying at the Islander since, I believe, 1992, in the Fall. This is the first time we have been in November, but it was a really enjoyable choice. The weather was perfect. Unit 509 was an excellent choice. It had obviously been recently renovated, and was so nice. We really enjoyed our time there. Over the years, I have recommended The Islander to friends and relatives, and I know several who have stayed there. It is such a nice location and has always been so well-maintained and updated. Hope to be back next year.
