Gather around the spacious dining table that seats 6, making it the perfect spot for family meals, game nights, or sharing stories after a day of beach adventures.

Living Area: Unwind in the cozy living area, furnished with updated pieces designed for comfort and relaxation. Enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the 42” TV with a DVD Player combo and digital cable access, providing entertainment options for everyone. The inviting decor creates a welcoming ambiance, making it an ideal space for family gatherings or relaxing evenings after a day spent exploring Destin. A queen sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping arrangements. Enjoy the private balcony, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the surroundings while sipping your morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening.

Bedrooms: The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, for a restful night’s sleep. A flat screen TV with a DVD Player adds to your comfort, allowing for late-night movie marathons. The bathroom includes a new vanity with granite countertops and a convenient tub/shower combo, providing a spa-like experience. The guest bedroom is equipped with two twin-sized beds, perfect for kids or friends, along with a flatscreen TV and an iPod dock for your entertainment.

Complimentary Beach Service is provided from March 1 to Oct 31. As a guest at The Islander, you can enjoy (2) complimentary beach chairs and (1) umbrella, each day of your stay! (Valid for stays 14 days or less)

Amenities: (2) pools (1-Seasonally Heated), four pickleball courts, two tennis courts, a half basketball court, and two shuffleboard courts. Complimentary equipment is available for checkout at the front desk, making it easy to stay engaged during your stay.

Fitness Center & Grilling Area: Located next to the lobby. What a great way to keep up with your workout routine while you are on vacation in Destin. For those looking to savor the fresh catch of the day or grill some delicious burgers, the pavilion and gazebo are equipped with several charcoal grills for guest use.

Children Vacation Activities: During the summer season, we offer a variety of vacation activities for children, ensuring a memorable family vacation experience. Enjoy fun options like glitter tattoos, crafts, dive-in movie nights by the pool, beach painting sessions, and live music around the pool.

VIP: As a bonus, As an Islander guests you receive discounts to many local excursions and restaurants, enhancing your experience in beautiful Destin.

Rules: Smoking is not allowed inside the units or on the patio; however, designated smoking areas are provided for your convenience. We kindly ask that no pets accompany you during your visit. Each unit accommodates a maximum of 6 guests to ensure everyone enjoys their space. An initial supply of paper towels, toiletries, and trash bags is included in the rental. Once these supplies are used, guests will need to restock for the remainder of their stay. Please note Washer & Dryers are not available unless specified! Onsite Laundry Room: Coin Operated!

  Great condo! Had everything we needed. Nice pools and beach - especially the two chairs and umbrella at the beach every day! Fun to have live music one night and a movie at the pool another night. Family friendly. Great location. No complaints. Very clean.

  A great time with **** and Connie Bohling and their friends. Although Destin is cooler than all other Florida destinations we have experienced it makes up for that with it’s beauty and atmosphere. The colors in 312 are warm and it is nicely decorated. Please note there are no grab bars in the bathrooms and the living area carpet needs a good shampooing. We would highly recommend the “Islander” to our friends and are looking forward to coming there in the future. Sorry to report we forgot to remove the sheets and pillowcases from the king bed hope this doesn’t give us a bad mark.

  My only complaint with our unit is the pantry was so full with kitchen essentials, that we had no room to store food, paper products etc. We had to put things on the counter and top of refrigerator which then limited our counter space.

  Our unit was very clean and came with plenty of space to sleep 6 people. Only recommendation is to bring a mattress pad for the pull out bed or an air mattress instead. That bed is very uncomfortable. Also the unit does not come with enough toilet paper, so bring extra. There is no washer and dryer in the unit. There was however plenty of towels for 6 people and the walk to the beach was a short walk!

  The condo was clean and comfortable. The carpet needs cleaning, the mattresses are not very comfortable and need to be replaced, and the “view”
  described is inaccurate. The “view” is mostly of the pool below and the dumpsters in the parking lot. The first two items are easy fixes. If those two things were taken care of, I would rent here again.

  We really enjoyed our stay at The Islander. The location is so nice - off the main strip, but still very close to all shopping and activities. There are two pools and the beach is so close that walking is no issue. The beach set up for two that is included is really nice as well! Unit 312 was very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable trip. The carpet is a little worn, but that didn't bother us as it seemed clean. We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings.
