The nautical-themed guest bedroom is designed for extra comfort, featuring both a twin-sized bed and a queen-sized bed, an accent chair, and a 22” TV with a DVD player, and convenient access to bathrooms, with tub/shower combos.

The Islander in Destin, Florida located on Holiday Isle

Complimentary Beach Service is provided from March 1 to Oct 31. As a guest at The Islander, you can enjoy (2) complimentary beach chairs and (1) umbrella, each day of your stay! (Valid for stays 14 days or less)

Amenities: At The Islander Resort in Destin, Florida, you can enjoy an active and fun-filled Destin vacation with access to two pools (1-Seasonally Heated), (4) pickleball courts, (2) tennis courts, a half basketball court, and two shuffleboard courts. Complimentary equipment is available for checkout at the front desk, making it easy to stay engaged during your stay.

Fitness Center & Grilling Area: The fitness center, is located next to the lobby just a short stroll away! What a great way to keep up with your workout routine while you are on vacation in Destin. For those looking to savor the fresh catch of the day or grill some delicious burgers, the pavilion and gazebo are equipped with several charcoal grills for guest use.

Children Vacation Activities: During the summer season, we offer a variety of vacation activities for children, ensuring a memorable family vacation experience. Enjoy fun options like glitter tattoos, crafts, dive-in movie nights by the pool, beach painting sessions, and live music around the pool.

NOTE: Washer & Dryers are NOT provided in every vacation rental; However, Coin Operated washer & dryers are located on premises!

Rules: For a comfortable stay, please note the following guidelines! Smoking is not allowed inside the units or on the patio; however, designated smoking areas are provided for your convenience. We kindly ask that no pets accompany you during your visit. Each unit accommodates a maximum of 6 guests to ensure everyone enjoys their space. An initial supply of paper towels, toiletries, and trash bags is included in the rental. Once these supplies are used, guests will need to restock for the remainder of their stay.

  We had a great time as we have stayed here multiple times. Easy access to the beach. Nice pool/ hottub and even enjoyed the pickle ball courts. Staff was super friendly. Was under construction for painting the building but workers were super accomodating.

  Overall the stay was great. The only complaint I have is that when I arrived the property lot was flooded. I had called that morning and was assured all would be ok when I arrived that afternoon. Upon arrival I was afraid that I could not enter the parking lot and wasn’t sure what to do. I spoke with the desk through the intercom system and was informed they tried to contact me. I had no phone calls or voice mails from anyone at this location. Otherwise the condo was excellent and service was phenomenal after that.

  Everything was perfect! I live across the road from the Islander and didn't have enough room for family visiting for 2 weeks from UK. I had booked very early and got a great deal.   The unit and property were well maintained and my wife is quite, um, discerning when it comes to cleanliness. We felt very safe and secure. The floor did make a bit of a crackling noise ... think of stepping on a rice krispie every here or there. Kitchen and baths were functional but outdated compared to rest of suite. Overall, quite nice. Great view from the balcony where we watched dolphins. Pools are nice enough. There is the annoying "put a towel on a chair at 6AM and not show up until afternoon" trend. Beach was very nice and attendants were great. Would visit again.

  My husband and I had never been to Destin before so knowing what condos to stay at required some research. This condo was perfect! It was only a very small walking distance to the beach. The condo was very nice and clean. Full kitchen so we could cook all of our meals. Maybe a 5-10min drive to the harborwalk and most popular spots in Destin. Across the street was target and grocery store which was convenient. Condo staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay at 304 again when we go back to Destin!
