Living Area: Unwind in the inviting living area, complete with a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. The room features a 50" Smart TV with a Blu-ray/DVD player, perfect for entertainment after a day at the beach. The ceramic plank tile flooring adds elegance while providing extra soundproofing for a quiet and comfortable stay. The guest bedroom is equipped with a king bed and a flat-screen 32" TV with a built-in DVD player, making it ideal for families. Both bedrooms include plantation shutters for added privacy and comfort, enhancing your vacation experience in Destin.

Complimentary Beach Service is provided from March 1 to Oct 31. As a guest at The Islander, you can enjoy (2) complimentary beach chairs and (1) umbrella, each day of your stay! (Valid for stays 14 days or less)

Amenities: At The Islander Resort in Destin, Florida, you can enjoy an active and fun-filled Destin vacation with access to two pools (1-Seasonally Heated), (4) pickleball courts, (2) tennis courts, a half basketball court, and two shuffleboard courts. Complimentary equipment is available for checkout at the front desk, making it easy to stay engaged during your stay.

Fitness Center & Grilling Area: The fitness center, conveniently located next to the lobby just a short stroll away! What a great way to keep up with your workout routine while you are on vacation in Destin. For those looking to savor the fresh catch of the day or grill some delicious burgers, the pavilion and gazebo are equipped with several charcoal grills for guest use.

Children Vacation Activities: During the summer season, we offer a variety of vacation activities for children, ensuring a memorable family vacation experience. Enjoy fun options like glitter tattoos, crafts, dive-in movie nights by the pool, beach painting sessions, and live music around the pool.

Onsite Laundry Room: Not all rentals include a washer and dryer. There are coin operated washer & dryers are located on premises!

Rules: For a comfortable stay, please note the following guidelines! Smoking is not allowed inside the units or on the patio; however, designated smoking areas are provided for your convenience. We kindly ask that no pets accompany you during your visit. Each unit accommodates a maximum of 6 guests to ensure everyone enjoys their space. An initial supply of paper towels, toiletries, and trash bags is included in the rental. Once these supplies are used, guests will need to restock for the remainder of their stay.

  The unit was in excellent condition and was exactly what my husband and I needed for a relaxing getaway. The only issue we had which others may possibly have was not anything the owners or complex did wrong. We like to sleep in a meat locker at night so we usually keep our air conditioning at 65 but this one was locked at 69. Also I did not notice in the pictures when we rented that there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms which made it necessary to use portable fans at night. I use to come to The Islander with a group of exchange students in the 1990's and knew the location and view were perfect for my husbands first visit.

  Our family vacation was awesome as always the condo was beautiful and immaculate in being clean ! We have been staying at The Islander for close to 18 yrs! It’s the perfect location right on the beach, close to all the great restaurants, the staff is always friendly and helpful in whatever you need! The families that stay there are a lot like us they have been staying since their children were young now that their kids have families of their own mom & dad continue to bring them & the grandkids all back with them of course you have to rent extra condos but it’s worth it to have these memories that will be something our grandkids will always remember hopefully they will continue to keep coming back when they have their families! We have always felt safe there I really like that there is someone at the front desk 24/7 We look forward to seeing you again soon ! Thanks for a wonderful stay oh the weather was awesome too😎

  We stayed here in august and it was a great rental. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint is no ceiling fans in the bedrooms. I know some people won’t mind that tho. Also take in to consideration that it is the room furthest from the elevator but the steps are right outside the room. We will definitely be back!

  We had the absolute best week. The condo was perfect for our family of 4, and pretty sure we couldn’t have survived without the washer & dryer that was in the unit. Allan doing the daily beach service was great, and always greeted you by name in the am. We spent our days at the beach, and evenings eating seafood and taking in the sunsets. The ONLY complaint we would have is, better grills outside. Other than that, keep it up! We can’t wait to return.

  Comfortable and clean condo. Beds were comfortable. Great location. Great property. Grounds are maintained immaculately. Same can be said for the whole neighborhood. Unit 301 is in a great location for a very short walk to parking beach or pool. View is high enough to see dolphins swimming past every morning. The property has been safe and quiet on our 2 visits.

  Enjoyed our stay at the Islander Resort. Holiday Isle is our favorite area to stay in Destin. It's quiet with very little traffic and beautiful. The resort is within walking distance of the Jetty. Unit 301 had a wonderful view of the ocean. There is a large balcony with plenty of seating. The condo itself is basic and could use some updates. The carpet needs replaced. The second bedroom is very small. I'm sure all of the condos have the same size bedrooms. The entire unit was spotless. No problems with anything during our stay. Unit 301 was the perfect location on the property. Outside the door is the steps which takes you down and around the corner of the building and straight to the beach. The ocean was breathtaking. It was really nice having free beach service. Alan; the attendant at the beach was awesome. Seemed to be a great guy and enjoyed helping all of the guest. The resort itself was clean and the grounds were well kept. We are already planning our next trip to the Islander and will plan to stay in unit 301.

  This was our first time to Destin, the condo was amazing and the perfect size for our family of 5. We had everything we needed. If I had one negative comment, and ONLY ONE, it is the quality of the blankets provided...they were a strange texture and very stiff and uncomfortable, almost like Styrofoam. Other than that our family had an amazing time.
