Islander Condo #217 is a West View, Platinum Unit that sleeps up to 6 people. Avoid the elevators with easy access to the ground floor and parking lot via the stairs near the condo. Step into our tropical paradise conveniently located for quick and easy access to the beach or your choice of two pools.

This condo has been recently updated with new paint and carpet throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and all the tools to meet your cooking needs. Gather around the dining room table that seats 6 or relax in the living area equipped with a recliner to watch the 46" HD/LCD TV with digital cable access and a DVD player. There is a queen sleeper sofa available for guests.

The master bedroom boasts a new suite with a king size bed, and a 27" HD/LCD TV/ DVD Combo. The bathroom has been recently been updated with new double sink vanity, granite countertops, and quality faucets. The guest bedroom boasts a new queen bed with 14" memory foam mattress (replaced 8/2020) AND twin over twin bunk beds (plenty of room for your guests), and a 27” TV with a DVD player. The guest bathroom has been updated with a new vanity, granite countertops and quality faucets.

Venture out to the private balcony and view the boats entering and leaving the harbor through the east pass or one of the breathtaking sunsets an evening can offer.

  We've been staying at the Islander for years and we love the comfort and location. This is our second time staying in this unit and it definitely needs some TLC. The furniture is fine and it's decorated nicely, but there was a weird smell that never went away, the lights constantly flicker or dim then go back to normal, and we had an issue with bugs (though I did see them spraying around the property near the end of our trip so maybe it was just that time). The paint is peeling off the ceiling in a couple of rooms as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back, but we will likely try a different unit (which is unfortunate because we really like the location and set up of this one)!

  We stayed at unit 217 and it was fabulous! Wonderfully decorated and convenient to the pool and stair access. My children loved the bunk beds! We come every year and would definitely recommend this unit to our friends as well. My only recommendation would be to possibly replace the stove. Boiling a pot took quite a bit of time and when you have hungry kids begging for Mac n cheese that was the only issue. I guess my kids need to learn a little more patience haha!

  Living in Missouri in January can become quite cold and blustery. We needed to get away for a couple of weeks and unit 217 was perfect. Clean, comfortable and conveniently located on Emerald Isle. The bed was comfortable and the owners had a Firestick with Netflix access for the kids. Very convenient staying in a unit close to the laundry. Nice (warm) pool and Jetty view.   Overall we had a great experience. My family and I enjoyed every minute of the stay. Couple hiccups in the unit like one of the fire alarm sensors keep beeping through the night and the drains at the bathrooms sinks were clogged, but those things were nothing compared to the tons of fun we had.
