  We had a great week at the Islander. Our rooms were on the first floor and it was very convenient to walk a few steps to the pool, or take the beautifully landscaped path to the beach. The kitchen of our condo was well stocked. The rooms were tastefully appointed. We mentioned to the front desk that a light had burned out in the living room, and someone was at our door to replace it in a very short time. Love the easy, relaxing atmosphere. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. And plenty of activities for the kids.

The cleaning was NOT worth the $$$ you pay.

  I've visited the Islander 5 times in the last 10 years and I've always had a great experience. This time I was displeased with the Furniture in condo 114. It was dated and ALL mattresses were in poor condition and made for an uncomfortable sleep, including the sofa bed! Very uncomfortable mattresses! Everything else was wonderful, I just wouldn't recommend that unit number. Thanks for listening!

  We have enjoyed staying at the Islander from Nov until Apr for the past seven years. We had some problems with our condo this year r/t leaking bathroom pipes in the condo above us. The guest bathroom ceiling was in poor shape and really an embarrassment when used by our guests. The tennis courts and pickle ball courts were in poor shape and these are 2 activities that we enjoy doing. There was a lot of construction going on for most of our stay.
