Islander Condo #108 is an East View, Silver Unit that sleeps up to 6 people. Avoid the elevators with this ground floor unit. Step into our tropical paradise conveniently located for quick and easy access to the beach or your choice of two pools.

The updated kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances for all your cooking needs. Gather around the dining room table that seats 6+ with a family style bench and ceiling fan. Relax in the living area in front of an electric fireplace to watch the 40” Smart TV with digital cable access and a Blue Ray player. There is a queen sleeper sofa available for guests.

The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and a 28” TV. The bathroom has been recently been updated with new cabinets. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a 28” TV with a DVD player. The guest bathroom has been updated with new cabinets.

There is tile throughout with carpet in the bedrooms. The pool and Destin's beach are conveniently located outside your 1st floor walk-out patio that is steps away from Destin's Beach.

• You will Enjoy Destin's Crystal Green Waters and Sun Sitting In Your 2 Complimentary Beach Chairs with Umbrella During Your Stay.

• Experience Beach Service Attendants will facilitate extra beach activities for a fee.

  I was very happy with our stay. Plenty of towels, pillows, and the room was clean, beds were comfy and there was little to no noise when we wanted to sleep. The pool was kept at a perfect temp, and my kids enjoyed it!
  Couches probably need to be replaced they were kinda gross, but the overall appearance of the room was clean. Also in the guest bedroom there was something wrong with the outlets and the wires were crossed and it drained my daughters battery on her phone instead of charging it. We also couldn’t figure out how to get the lamps on. Minimal issue though. The room was great!
  We would definitely stay here again.

  This was a last minute weekend getaway for our family. We have stayed at the Islander many times, but never on the first floor. We had our 2 gradaughters with us (ages 3 1/3 and 9 months). It was perfect to be on the ground floor so they could play in the grass outside the unit and in the sandy area beside the pool. Just perfect!

The only issue we had was loud talking outside and kids running along the upstairs walkway and knocking on doors at all hours of the night (2AM, 12AM, etc...).
