Nestled in this private, gated community, this coastal haven provides a Master Suite with king bed, new mattress and 32" TV/Blue Ray player. The Guest Suite includes a queen bed, one bunk bed, 32" TV. The Living Room has a new queen sofa-sleeper and 58" TV/Blue Ray player. Free cable, high-speed Internet and password protected WIFI provided. The Kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, complete set of cookware, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, blender, waffle maker, *2020* newly added washer/dryer, walk in shower and more.

All units are non-smoking.

The Balcony provides views of the gulf, private swimming pool, Jacuzzi, covered pavilion, shuffle board areas, BBQ grills and picnic tables. FREE Beach Service is available for our guest during March-October. Another private pool, fitness center, tennis courts and 24/7 laundry facilities are located on the property as well. Restaurants, shopping, water sports, entertainment, golf, grocers and amusement all nearby!!!

  This unit was perfect for my wife and I. It had a spare room that could accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids plus the 2 of us that we didn't even use. Perfect location in regards to Destin and a 1 minute walk to the beach with the whitest sand and clearest waters out of anywhere we have stayed in Florida. Highly recommend this unit!

  We have stayed in several different units at the islander over the past several years. We stayed in 3 different units this year due to availability and this was our favorite. We've never stayed in a unit with washer/dryer combo, this was very nice, but it means you only have one sink in the master bathroom. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms are always a plus. Overall a very nice, clean unit. The appliances and nice. Our grandkids enjoyed the bunk beds in the spare bedroom when they visited. Only negatives - I'd prefer to be on a higher floor because of noise from the pool area and the view is more desirable. The cabinets have been repainted and the finish is kind of rough. I could hear running water in the middle of the night from the second bathroom. I would get up thinking a toilet was running, but I think it was from the unit above is.
