Bedrooms are for sleeping and living areas are for relaxing!

This bright, comfortable unit has ceramic tile throughout and features a king bed in the master bedroom with walk-in shower in the master ensuite. No need for anyone to sleep in the living room, as the second bedroom offers two double beds and sleeps 4 comfortably. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and flat screen TVs.

In the living room, relax on the large sectional sofa and enjoy watching the 65" flat screen TV. There is also an electric fireplace for added ambiance. The dining area offers a large round dining table that comfortably seats 6 for your dining pleasure. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your basic cooking needs for when you decide to eat in.

The private balcony has 2 chairs, 2 rockers and a lounge with a breathtaking view of the beach and east pool. Be sure to watch for dolphins!

  We had such an enjoyable stay over Spring Break 3/16-3/23. The condo is in an ideal location just steps to the pool and beach. We were pleasantly surprised— amazing ocean view from the balcony and master bedroom window. All beds were incredibly comfortable and the condo was clean. If anything needs improvement, it would be updating the bathrooms and sofa / decor in the living area. All were fully functional and in perfect working order, just looking a bit tired and in need of refreshing.

  We were on the 4th floor with a gulf view. Very nice condo with great view of the ocean and east pool. Activities daily for kids/families that was a nice touch. We grilled at the gazebo area and swam at both pools which was nice because it one pool was crowded we would check the other. One day we did get locked out from the balcony (was stuck on the balcony) but called and someone came right up. We don’t know how it happened because no one was on the inside to lock the balcony door. I would recommend this condo. Restaurants nearby that we went to were The Back Porch, McGuires, Rockin Tacos, Merlin’s Pizza, Whataburger and Krispie Kreme. Great location.

  Everything was ok. I just wish housekeeping would do a lot better job. Tile floors were filthy. I wiped up kitchen floors with towel and afterwards towel was black with dirt. This was when we first entered condo. You had to either keep shoes on or wipe feet off before going to bed. I stayed in a different room last year and had same problem.

  We usually visit the Islander in August but due to an upcoming and unexpected surgery for our daughter we had to reschedule our vacation to June. Unit 407 was literally the only unit available for the week we needed and so we took it! We have stayed in the same unit for the past 8 years so we were nervous. Once we arrived we quickly realized that this unit would more then suit our needs! It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed! As always the Islander was our perfect spot and beach service by Alan was exceptional! Until next year!!!

  Staff was great as always. Plenty of everything needed. We always stay in the unit. This year we saw it needed some TLC. The sectional should be replaced with a new one. Sectional of course because it’s the only reason we always choose this unit. The wife and I can comfortably stretch out. The master needs the mold on the ceiling taken care of. It happens in all bathrooms. All in all a 4.5 stars.

  We love the islander! It’s the only place to stay. We’ve been going there for roughly 15 years and we’ve never been disappointed. Staff is always helpful. The condos are clean and beautiful. The view is beautiful and love being able to walk to the beach. Their pools, hot tubs and grilling areas are nice and even their laundry area is clean. The beach service with 2 chairs and umbrella is great not to mention Alan is always helpful and kind.

  We rented room 407 updates had been made since 2016. Very comfortable I like the fact it is not on the main strip where it so busy. great view. Only complaint I have in the bedrooms it got hot at night with doors shut. Overall we enjoyed our stay for the 2nd year in a row. We will be back!
