Islander Condo #401 is an East View, Platinum Plus Unit that sleeps up to 6 people. Avoid the elevators with easy access to the ground floor and parking lot via the stairs near the condo. Step into our tropical paradise conveniently located for quick and easy access to the beach or your choice of two pools.

The kitchen is recently renovated with new cabinets, granite countertops, and is fully equipped with all the tools to meet your cooking needs Gather around the dining room table that seats, or relax in the updated living area to watch the 42” Smart TV with 3D Blue Ray Player and digital cable access. There is a queen sleeper sofa available for guests.

The master bedroom boasts a new king size bed, and a 24” TV with a DVD Player. The bathroom has new vanity with granite countertops and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a new queen-sized bed, and a 24” TV with a DVD player. The guest bathroom has a pedestal sink and a tub/shower combo.

Venture out to the private balcony and view the boats entering and leaving the harbor through the east pass or one of the breathtaking sunsets an evening can offer.

• You will Enjoy Destin's Crystal Green Waters and Sun Sitting In Your 2 Complimentary Beach Chairs with Umbrella During Your Stay.

• Experience Beach Service Attendants will facilitate extra beach activities for a fee.

  We love The Islander and have stayed many times in different units. 401 needs updating from cheap furniture & old linens to the bathrooms and kitchen cabinets. Unit should be a bronze, not Platinum. We will choose a different unit next time. I would give the unit a 3 rating, while The Islander gets a 5 star!

  The property is great and the condo is beautiful! You have a truly spectacular view of the beach! Wayne at the front desk was absolutely fantastic! The only downside was the elevators in the main lobby weren’t working often and there are only two available for the entire resort. That is my only complaint but it was fixed during our stay and it ended up being just fine!!

  We loved our Islander rental experience. Great location with beautiful views of the Gulf! The condo was clean and updated with a tasteful beach-y vibe. We really liked being on the far end of the Islander away from the central hub. We could take the stairs right outside our door down to the path to the beach without having to go through lobby and pool area. We plan to rent same unit again next year!
